The website has no contact form. Data you send by WhatsApp, phone or email is used to answer your enquiry or manage a stay. Web hosting may process technical connection data needed for security and operation.

Enquiries are handled at your request and, where relevant, for pre-contractual steps or legal obligations. Data is kept only as long as needed for those purposes and applicable periods.
External services
WhatsApp and the email service apply their own policies when you choose those channels. Google Maps loads only after an explicit action. The calendar includes Google Analytics measurement and stays blocked until consent.
